At the moment we do not have a return policy but we
would accept returns only when we have clearly made a mistake

We take extra care to pack goods in cartons and
self-seal plastic bags. Our packaging meets international acceptable standards
What if my goods are damaged in transit?
All customers have 100% money back guarantee should
your goods be damaged or lost in Transit.

How safe is your online payments?
Online payments are processed through
Interswitch payment s which uses integrated SSL internet payment
gateway technology. Payments made using Quick Teller and Web pay are secure.

How long does it take before I receive my goods?
Our customers residing in Lagos can receive their
goods same day after payment if they come in person or by proxy to collect
their goods from our warehouse. Delivery to cities and towns outside Lagos is
between 2 – 4 business days.
How can I find my password?
If you have forgotten you password, you can use the password recovery function
on the login screen to request a reminder.
Please note that customer services are not able to reset passwords or provide
them to you
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us before
your goods are dispatched.
I have e-mailed customer services, but I haven’t had a
reply.
Please allow at least one working day for us to
deal with your query.

make sure that our reply has not been blocked by your spam filter. To avoid

I’ve received the wrong products.
Should you receive a wrong product, kindly contact
us immediately so that we can resolve the issue on time
What happens if the product I’ve ordered isn’t in stock?
Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate,
and that products ordered are available. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be
errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be
out of stock in our warehouse.
If this happens, we will only ship you any items from your order which are in
stock.
Will I get a receipt?
Every order we send out will be accompanied by an
itemised delivery note
Why do I need to give you an e-mail address?
We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about
your order, including order confirmations and parcel tracking details.
If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to order.
