The cost of delivery within Lagos is 1,000 Naira

Delivery to major cities and towns outside Lagos is 1,500 Naira

 

How do I make payments for my goods?

You can make payment by using the medium below

·         Pay online using Interswitch  Quick Teller via online and ATM

 

Do you have a return policy?

At the moment we do not have a return policy but we would accept returns only when we have clearly made a mistake

 

How are my goods packaged?

We take extra care to pack goods in cartons and self-seal plastic bags. Our packaging meets international acceptable standards

 

What if my goods are damaged in transit?

All customers have 100% money back guarantee should your goods be damaged or lost in Transit.

Where is your office in Nigeria?

Our registered office address is 112 Funsho Williams Avenue Surulere Lagos Nigeria However; all administration and customer services enquiries are carried out by our parent company UK2ME Logistics located in the United Kingdom.

 

How safe is your online payments?

How long does it take before I receive my goods?

Our customers residing in Lagos can receive their goods same day after payment if they come in person or by proxy to collect their goods from our warehouse. Delivery to cities and towns outside Lagos is between 2 – 4 business days.

 

How can I find my password?
If you have forgotten you password, you can use the password recovery function on the login screen to request a reminder.
Please note that customer services are not able to reset passwords or provide them to you


How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us before your goods are dispatched.


I have e-mailed customer services, but I haven’t had a reply.

Please allow at least one working day for us to deal with your query.

I’ve received the wrong products.

Should you receive a wrong product, kindly contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue on time

 

What happens if the product I’ve ordered isn’t in stock? 
Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate, and that products ordered are available. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be out of stock in our warehouse.
If this happens, we will only ship you any items from your order which are in stock.

Will I get a receipt?

Every order we send out will be accompanied by an itemised delivery note

 

Why do I need to give you an e-mail address?    
We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and parcel tracking details.
If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to order.
